By participating in the event, I certify that I am physically fit to do so, and I certify on behalf of my child (if applicable) that my child has no known health conditions that impair or prevent my child from participating in the event. I understand and agree that Hadassah shall not be obligated to take special precautions or provide extra staffing for me.
