For women 45 and under, the Evolve Leadership Fellows is a two-year leadership engagement initiative designed to inspire emerging young leaders by offering specialized opportunities to grow and learn.

Requirements:

• Must be nominated by a Hadassah Region or Chapter President

• Must be a Hadassah member. If you are not currently a Hadassah member, click here to join.

• Attend the In-person orientation on October 19-21, 2025, in NYC.

• Attend an additional in-person meeting in the Summer/Fall 2026

• Attend the Israel trip on March 17-24, 2026

• Attend mandatory monthly education and training sessions

• Post-program, a commitment to creating and leading a Hadassah project or to taking on a leadership role in their Hadassah community determined in partnership with the Region President.

Who is eligible to be nominated?

• Women 45 and under

• Current Hadassah member

• Applicants must not have participated in any previous Hadassah subsidized Israel trip. Some exceptions apply.

• Possesses a commitment to Hadassah and connection to Israel and Zionism

• Demonstrates leadership potential

Costs (after subsidization): $500 program fee, round trip airfare to Israel, travel insurance, any costs associated with COVID-19 testing, some meals.
