Welcome to Hadassah Northern New England, which has expanded over the years to include Western and Upstate New York. Our winters may be cold, but our hearths and our hearts are warm, filled with love and compassion for each other and for the people of Israel.
We are filled with pride for Hadassah’s accomplishments, including paving the way for a pioneering health care system in pre-state Israel. Today, the world-renowned Hadassah Medical Organization offers the finest medical care to the residents of Jerusalem, Israel, its Middle East neighbors and the world. And we take pride in our own efforts to support Hadassah’s cutting-edge medical research and the care and education of at-risk Israeli youthat our Youth Aliyah villages.
Our members are diverse in their age and stage of life, as well as economically, culturally, educationally and politically, yet we are united in our shared values of supporting Israel and its people, social and economic justice, equity in women’s health, fighting antisemitism and ensuring Jewish continuity. We know that, together, we can heal our world!
