Advocacy Update- March 27th

Last week, Congress passed a $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill, which included major allocations for Hadasssh priorities: foreign aid, gun control, medical research, assault prevention and survivor programs, child care, and more. Thank your legislators for prioritizing foreign aid for Israel and keep contacting them about gun safety.


The bill included the highest amount of foreign aid to Israel ever given from the US in the areas of security assistance, missile defense programs, joint anti-tunneling technologies, new funding for the establishment of a U.S.-Israel Center of Excellence in energy and water technologies, and the passing of the Taylor Force Act, which will withhold US funding to the Palestinian Authority until it halts its policy of paying families of convicted terrorists. Thank your members of Congress for passing this important bill.
