“A leading medical center is always a reflection of the quality of its human resources, and therefore we see residents as a valuable asset and believe that investing in them today will bear fruit in the future, both for the Hadassah Medical Organization and for the entire Israeli healthcare system,” Prof. Arie Ben-Yehuda, chairman of the newly established Hadassah Elite Residency and Training Center, told The Jerusalem Post.
The center, located on the 10th floor of Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem, will provide comprehensive support for residents, including research grants, professional mentorship and personalized guidance. The program will include advanced technological literacy and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, with language studies in both Arabic and English.
