Dvir, 22, was wounded during combat and treated at Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem during the first days of the war.
Now, he is being retaught how to walk at Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus using an anti-gravity rehabilitation device that simulates a zero-weight environment, similar to those used by NASA for astronauts.
"When I train on the device, I feel as if I am walking like before, before the injury," Dvir told The Jerusalem Post.
