Hadassah Magazine's beloved food writer and best-selling cookbook author Adeena Sussman interviews Paula Shoyer, author of five best-selling cookbooks — including her latest, The Instant Pot Kosher Cookbook. As the two chefs discuss the merits of preparing Jewish classics, holiday foods and exotic global recipes in the Instant Pot, Shoyer will walk participants through one of the book's recipes and answer questions.
