Representing Hadassah during her recent trip to Israel as part of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations delegation, Hadassah National President Carol Ann Schwartz had the opportunity to speak in front of the Knesset Committee for Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Affairs on the rise of antisemitic incidents on college campuses.
Schwartz spoke about how the rising levels of anti-Zionism and antisemitism are affecting women at all levels, and what Hadassah is doing to combat these incidents in schools and on campuses, The Jerusalem Post reported.
She also pledged to continue to speak out against the rape and gender-based violence perpetrated by Hamas on October 7, including through Hadassah’s global End the Silence campaign.
