This is the powerful opening to journalist Andrea Samuel’s feature article in The Jerusalem Post Magazine — a four-page spread — about how Hadassah women help those in need.
Samuels joined Hadassah leaders on a Solidarity Mission to Israel to meet the women whose support is helping Israel and its people heal in the aftermath of October 7 and to see firsthand how their support is put into action. This entailed visiting the new Gandel Rehabilitation Center at Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus and Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem, meeting with patients and medical staff to hear their personal war stories, and learning about Hadassah’s #EndTheSilence campaign.
