Doctors at Hadassah’s hospitals in Jerusalem are using the latest technologies –– like robot-assisted surgeries and 3D printing –– to treat patients, including soldiers wounded in war.
“Times of crisis are times for opportunities,” said Dr. Joshua Schroeder, a spine specialist and senior surgeon at Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus, in an interview with VOA news. “What we’re able to use for patients are fields of surgery that have reached a peak in the last year, year and a half.”
