Welcome to Hadassah Chicago-North Shore, where women across the greater Chicagoland area come together to make a tangible difference in our world. Together, we are advocating for women and families here in the US and in Israel, healing and saving lives through supporting Hadassah’s hospitals in Israel, furthering our Jewish learning, growing our leadership skills and nurturing one another.
Regardless of your age or life stage, there is a place for you to feel at home among our 11,000 members and 16 chapters. Together, we are making miracles happen. Take a look at what we’re doing and join us today.
Welcome to Hadassah Chicago-North Shore! We are filled to the brim with creative, insightful, diligent women who move Hadassah’s mission forward every day. If you are not already a member, please join us. The 11,000 members and Associates in our region live all over the Chicagoland area and represent every age and stage of life. If you are already a member, I encourage you to try at least one new something with Hadassah this year.
Join women in their 20s and 30s for a “spirited” Rosh Hashanah celebration. We’ll get an inside look at KOVAL Distillery with a private tour and tasting of three delicious small-batch spirits.
For women in their 20s & 30s in the Chicagoland area! Join us for a delicious mimosa & mingle get-together in a sukkah! Come enjoy a drink, meet new friends, and get a taste of how Hadassah changes the world. All ingredients supplied.
Come be social with us! Join us for two opportunities to socialize with social action – packing boxes of food for the needy with Maot Chitim, and a Social Action project with Sharsheret, The Jewish Breast & Ovarian Cancer Community.
Join us for our annual Sukkot party and dessert buffet. We will hear from our dynamic speaker, Leah Reicin, who will speak on Like Dreamers: The Story of the Israeli Paratroopers Who Reunited Jerusalem and Divided a Nation by Yossi Klein Halevi.
Join us for a Sukkot party with food, friends, and storytelling with Susan Stone. She will share Jewish stories in the sukkah about Israel, wise women, and an etrog! A short group activity will follow. Space is limited.
Join us at our annual tournament. Enjoy a hot and cold dairy brunch, which includes lox. Receive a gift when you arrive and a goody bag of snacks during game play! Enter prize drawings to win prizes you select in the drawings! Enjoy prizes galore!
